Why Us

07.02.2020 Design studio: On the current Egumball website, the user is able to create elements, which will be then used on his website (e.g. menus). We propose to provide users some additional features for these elements: add images for the menu items; change site fonts on the chosen template; select colors of the template. Will it be affordable for templates to handle these features? For the development of the Design studio section, we can take the Template 1 (as shown on the screen https://invis.io/Z4VJ2CP9CWG) from the current Egumball website, as an example of the regular website template. Is it correct? Contact form managing On the main website, we have "Request a callback" form with the help of it the users can perform 2 actions: request a call or send a message to the Egumball consultants. Currently, we manage to send this form to the Egumball internal system via API through the endpoint /api/stayintouch. But we are not able to send through the API such parameters as request a callback and send a message. To proceed with the development, we need an additional endpoint to send the mentioned above parameters. Or we can send "Request a callback" form to the Zendesk API so Egumball consultants could manage users requests through company Zendesk account. Could you point out the appropriate flow for you? Design studio There are a few questions regarding the Design Studio section that need to be clarified for our team. Regarding the templates, we should take all the available templates in the current Egumball Control Panel to the new system. Is it correct? We add to the new system the ability to change template site fonts and to customize template colors (main and secondary color). Should these options be implemented on the new project? On our previous call, we discuss the auto-deploy process that takes place on the back-end of the current Egumball system when the user updates his website details and they are also updated in the database. Can you give our developers more details how the auto-deploy process occurs? Are there any manual steps during this process? Templates structure & initial components request Unfortunately, our developers cant use the ASP files that youve previously sent us in the attachment. But still, as we agreed in the previous letter, we will use current Egumball Design Studio website templates in the new system. There are 7 templates in the current Egumbll system right now, 3 of them have Live demo option and we can copy their structure and some components to our system. But the other 4 templates have no Live demo option and we cant see their structure in detail. To implement all the templates in the new system we need the following details: structure of all pages of the 4 templates without Live demo option (description, screens or any appropriate way for you); initial default images, colors, and fonts for all 7 templates. Thank you in advance for your help. Questions to the business side Currently, we have a few questions regarding the Demo function that we have to implement in the new system. We have 2 options for the e-sign feature in the Demo flow, we would like to agree with you on one of them. Here we have a Demo flow: https://invis.io/KBVR98JHJ7S There are 2 options for e-sign to consider. 1) At the end of Demo: User selects a pricing plan Click Sign Up Fill in data (First Name, Last Name, Discount code, Credit Card details) Click Agree The data is sent to the Egumball internal system Agreement is formed in the Egumball internal system and sent to Users email with ability to sign using e-sign. https://invis.io/4HVR99O7CYQ 2) At the end of Demo: User selects a pricing plan Click Sign Up Click Review Document to read Agreement Fill in data directly in the agreement (First Name, Last Name, Discount code, Credit Card details) Signs the agreement with e-sign Click Finish Signed agreement is sent to the Egumball internal system https://invis.io/74VR9A46C52 Also, to proceed with the Demo function we need to choose a service for signing digital agreements during the customer's demo. You can find the comparison table with the most common e-sign services in attachments to this letter or going by the link https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/18Y54cvuqBUzm9ViHC9Bz9OkG38ZQY82E8fUTIbDnkzs/edit#gid=0. We are waiting for your decision on both questions. Thank you in advance. Content delivering One more question to add is about content that should be placed on the new Egumball main website. Currently, we have no content and references for such pages: Solutions: Local Search Analytics Google Ads Analytics Menu Distribution Review Harvesting Review Alerts Tools: Competitor Scan Alerts GMB Review Link Generator Company: Legal Leadership Maybe there would be more pages, where content should be refreshed. Could you inform us when the contact will be ready? API Questions Our developers have a question about Egumball.com API, namely Transaction History parameter. To request Transaction History, our system should transfer Order Number via API. We werent able to find Order Number in the database. Can you specify in what table in the database we can find the Order Number parameter? We connected the Contact Us form from the Landing Page (where customers can request a call or send a message to the consultant) with Egumball.com API. We assume that this Contact Us form information should reflect in the Egumball internal system and consultants could see it included the request a call/send a message parameter. Is this correct? Should we check is the contact received successfully? Template questions Our developers are going to start working on the Design Studio part and I have some questions regarding 1-4 templates screenshots that youve sent us previously: In the folder with screenshots, not all templates pages screenshots were represented. We couldnt find any screenshots of services pages and menu pages, so our developers could have difficulties with layout of these templates. There are Contact Us form and Submit a review form for customers to contact business owners and to leave a review on all templates. Can you specify where should be sent Contact Us form and customer reviews from the users websites made with templates? On each of the 1-4 templates in the website footer, we have links to some pages. Can you tell us on which pages these links should redirect customers while they are exploring a website made with templates? On the Gallary page of all templates, the video section is shown with customer's Youtube video. Can you identify where we should put a link to Youtube video on the users website? How we should define the right video? Template questions #2 Thanks for your response. I want to give some more clarification about my second question concerning Contact Us form and Submit a review. This question actually is not about egumball.com website, here all is clear for us. My question refers to the clients website that was made in the Design Studio and which contains pages with Contact Us form and Submit a review (screenshots added in attachments). Can you point out where should be sent Contact Us form and customer reviews from the users websites made with templates? I assume there should be a way for your clients to manage these requests and reviews. Also, I would like to clear the question about Youtube video link. According to your answer, Egumball consultants add links to Youtube video on the users websites manually by putting the link directly in the database, am I correct? If so, then maybe it would be better to automize this flow and give your clients the possibility to put a link of the necessary video by themselves somewhere in the control panel, update this information in the database on profile table YouTubeCat field automatically and reflect the video on the clints website? Template questions #3 That helps us a lot, thank you. Our developers checked the database for the keywords (values reading from profile table K1, K2 .. K20) and their links (links are reading from profile table URL1, URL2 ,... URL10), that should be displayed on footer of the Template web site. Could you assist us with some questions: How does the URLs form? Does they are entered to the database manually? By clicking on the keyword in the Template web site the user is redirected to the Template web site page with a keyword and some description. Does this description custom for every user? From where does the system get the keyword description on the Template web site page mentioned in #2? Template questions#4 Hi Emre, Our developer team checked on the existing templates and found out that when the user clicks on the keyword in the Template web site footer, he should be redirected on the some static page, that was created previously (send it in attachments). According to this, can you help us again and explain: When the Egumball content team manages Keywords 1 to 10 do they create only the route to the page (the URL) or the static page itself? Should we create the same structure of the page route (KeywordUrls) as it is in current database (e.g.googleplacesoptimizationinirvineca92618.htm) or we can change it? Demo flow in the new system Hi John, Weve already started working on the new demo flow taking into account your requirements in the previous letter. At the start of the next week we will be ready with the design of the Complete order page for you to approve and then we will be able to proceed with the development of that part of the system. For now we would like to clarify with you several questions regarding the demo just to be on the same page: According to the updated demo flow, after the client goes through the demo, chooses the pricing package, submits the order and receives the agreement on his email, do we need provide clients the ability to sign the digital agreement with electronic signature and return the agreement to the Egumball agent automatically? Regarding the Request a demo flow, after the client fills in and sends his Request a PIN code the Egumball agent connects with the client via phone and passes him a PIN code for the demo. Is this flow correct and should we use it in the new system? Follow-up 06.03.20 Hi Emre, Thank you for your time at our Friday call, it was very helpful for the team. Here are the questions that we discussed: Clients business information. We need to prefill the fields on the clients demo with the business information from the Egumball CRM via the API and vise versa, send the business information the client enters during the demo to the Egumball CRM via the API. Well send the list of the fields and screenshots of the new demo in separate email. Request a PIN code. Regarding the Request a demo flow, after the client fills in and sends his Request a PIN code the Egumball agent connects with the client via phone and passes him a PIN code for the demo. Is this flow correct and should we use it in the new system? Agreement signing flow. According to the updated demo flow, after the client goes through the demo, chooses the pricing package, submits the order and receives the agreement on his email, do we need provide clients the ability to sign the digital agreement with electronic signature and return the agreement to the Egumball agent automatically? Consider using sockets instead of AJAX during the clients demo. Thanks, Elena
